Shop Worker (Hanging Scaffolding Warehouse)

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Shop Worker to join our hanging scaffolding warehouse team. The Shop Worker will be responsible for maintaining scaffold equipment, preparing materials for job sites, organizing the warehouse, and assisting with loading and unloading deliveries. This position requires physical work, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities Clean, inspect, and maintain hanging scaffold equipment Prepare scaffold materials and equipment for upcoming jobs Load and unload trucks with scaffold equipment and materials Organize and maintain warehouse inventory Inspect motors, platforms, cables, safety lines, and rigging equipment Assist mechanics with minor repairs and maintenance Keep the warehouse clean and organized Follow all safety procedures and company policies Assist with equipment tracking and inventory counts Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs Basic knowledge of tools and construction equipment Forklift experience is a plus (not required) Must be reliable and punctual Ability to work in a warehouse and outdoor environment OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 is a plus Experience with scaffolding equipment is a plus but not required Preferred Experience Construction laborer Scaffold worker Warehouse worker Shop helper / mechanic helper

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
