Job Description:

A global freight forwarding company near JFK International Airpor t is urgently seeking a motivated individual interested in international logistics billing operations. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and eager to grow within the logistics industry. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to start a new career in global business. This is a 100% onsite, full-time, non-exempt contract position with a comprehensive benefits package, including insurance and PTO.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage billing processes related to air import freight shipments. Prepare and process billing documents required for international shipments. Support the operations department with logistics coordination and administrative tasks. Track invoices and accounts payable to ensure accuracy and timely processing. Communicate with customers and vendors regarding billing inquiries and discrepancies. Perform additional duties as assigned to support team operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or higher degree in Supply Chain Management, Global Logistics, Operations Management, International Business, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, multitasking ability, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
• Previous office experience, including internships, is preferred.
