Material Handler

We are looking for an experienced Material Handler for a company located in Honeoye, NY!

Responsibilities:

Supply production department in a safe and efficient manner with correct raw material at each machine, per work orders.

• Pull Material per Pick List
• Dry material per established process
• Blend Material per BOM
• Remove old material from machines and work area
• Re-grind runners and rejected parts as necessary
• Load material to dryers and hoppers
• Check hoppers periodically to ensure that material is flowing properly
• Ensure that hoppers, bins, bags, cartons and dryers are properly labeled
• Return un-used material to the warehouse (post production staging area)

Physical Requirements:

Familiar with use of hand tools Ability to bend, twist, reach and work in awkward positions Ability to lift up to seventy-five pounds
