Job Description
IM Global LLC is a bonded warehouse operator. We are seeking a Cantonese/Mandarin Speaking Warehouse Specialist. The job includes performing all day-to-day operations tasks as needed, including: Schedule and coordinate all inbound shipments with vendors, freight forwarders, and trucking companies Monitor and track shipment progress and update stakeholders of any changes or delays Prepare and distribute necessary documentation for customs clearance Ensure that all imported goods comply with relevant regulations Maintain updated records of import activities Liaise with internal departments to resolve any issues with imported goods Negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible shipping terms Manage and monitor import budgets Identify opportunities to improve import processes Stay up-to-date on changes to import/export regulations Handle customer inquiries related to imported good Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field 1 year of experience working in import/export operations Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
