Job Overview Regal Service Company is seeking a reliable Repack Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will safely transfer product between containers using a hoist while ensuring product quality and workplace safety. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Safely move product between containers using a hoist Operate RF scanners to manage and track inventory Pick, pack, and wrap orders for shipment Perform daily hoist inspections and maintain required hoist certification Identify and report safety hazards, incidents, or near misses Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work as part of a team to meet daily warehouse goals Perform additional warehouse duties as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Basic math and computer skills Ability to operate or learn warehouse equipment (training provided) Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to shoulder height Frequent bending, lifting, standing, walking, and pivoting Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and weather conditions Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Why Join Regal Service Company?
