What You Bring Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience High school diploma or GED preferred Minimum 3 months of warehouse experience or equivalent training/education Training provided for candidates new to warehousing Skills & Abilities Basic English reading and writing skills sufficient to understand safety instructions, labels, and operating procedures. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused Physical Requirements The physical requirements represent the essential functions of the role. Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 90 lbs. Physical Demands & Work Environment:
Frequent use of hands and feet for grasping, lifting, securing loads, and operating equipment controls Regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.; occasional lifting up to 90 lbs. Frequent pushing and pulling of truck side-curtain walls and use of winches and ratchet straps for load securement Extended periods of standing and walking during scheduled shifts. Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, gripping, and handling materials such as pallets, panels, lumber, straps, and tools Occasional climbing, squatting, and kneeling to complete assigned tasks Extended operation of forklifts, including frequent mounting and dismounting during picking, staging, and loading Ability to work at varying heights when placing or retrieving product from racking Maintain balance, depth perception, and spatial awareness while operating forklifts in tight aisles and around moving equipment Exposure to bright lights, loud noise, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures, including hot and cold environmentsSchedule:
