Warehouse Associate Summary:

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and supporting our growing business. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Inventory Management:

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, ensuring accurate counts and quality checks.

Order Fulfillment:

Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.

Warehouse Organization:

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring materials and products are stored appropriately.

Shipping and Receiving:

Prepare shipping documentation, coordinate with carriers, and track shipments as needed.

Equipment Operation:

Pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.

Quality Control:

Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality compliance.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments to support production and customer service needs.

Qualifications Experience:

Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred. Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. regularly. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Forklift certification is a plus (training available if needed).
