Box Truck Driver & Warehouse Associate Location:

Melville, NY Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday, with varying start and end times based on delivery, pickup, and project schedules. Some early mornings, later evenings, and occasional weekend work may be required, particularly when supporting trade shows, installations, or time-sensitive deliveries. Candidates must be comfortable with a flexible schedule and understand that this is not a traditional 9-5 position. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Box Truck Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys being on the road but is equally comfortable working in a warehouse and pitching in wherever needed. You will primarily work from our Melville, NY facility, with occasional work at our Plainview location. Our drivers travel throughout Long Island, into the 5 boroughs (primarily Manhattan), southern New Jersey, and as far north as the Boston area. What You'll Do Driving & Logistics Drive a box truck for local and regional deliveries and pickups Safely load, secure, transport, and unload custom-fabricated items and materials Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure deliveries are ready and on schedule Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients, vendors, and job-site contacts Assist with installation projects as needed, including unloading trucks and helping move custom-fabricated items into their final installation location Warehouse Operations Operate a forklift to move and stage materials and client-owned assets Receive incoming materials and perform basic quality and quantity checks Deliver raw materials to the production floor and remove waste to exterior bins Help maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse Assist with staging, loading, unloading, and general warehouse needs Support both the Melville and Plainview facilities as needed What We're Looking For Valid, clean driver's license and safe driving record Comfortable driving a box truck and making trips throughout the region Flexible schedule and willingness to work varying hours based on project and delivery needs Forklift certification is a plus; training can be provided Excellent attendance and reliability are essential Strong communication and customer-service skills Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials Team-oriented attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed Able to work independently while also communicating effectively with the warehouse, production, and project teams Professional demeanor when representing the company at client and job sites

Pay:
