Key Responsibilities Material Handling & Forklift Operation:

Safely operate sit-down and stand-up (reach truck) forklifts to move, stack, retrieve, and stage materials throughout the warehouse. Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight trailers, containers, and flatbeds. Transport materials to designated rack locations, bin storage, or production staging areas. Perform daily pre-shift forklift equipment inspections and document any maintenance needs or safety hazards.

Warehouse Operations & Clerical Duties:

Receive incoming shipments, verify physical counts against bills of lading/packing slips, and inspect for damage. Process inventory movements using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Accurately pick, pack, wrap, and label customer orders following pick sheets or digital queues. Conduct routine inventory cycle counts and assist with physical stock audits. Generate, organize, and maintain shipping manifests, receiving logs, and inventory documentation. Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements Certification:

Active OSHA-compliant Forklift Certification (Sit-down and Stand-Up/Reach Truck) required.
