Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position involves handling warehouse operations such as receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory, while also assisting customers with sales, product inquiries, and overall store experience. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to balance physical work with customer service responsibilities. Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Duties Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or store replenishment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts) Assist with loading and unloading trucks Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous retail, warehouse, or customer service experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic math and computer skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Work Schedule 40 hour work week Work Environment Combination of warehouse and retail floor settings Fast-paced, physically active role, warm in the summer, cold in the winter
