Job Description

Location:
New York, NY 10016
Duration:
6 Month + extensions and/or permanent conversion
Working Hours:
2nd shift, 2pm-10pm
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of inventory replenishment or warehouse experience Experience managing inventory and stock levels Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and inventory tracking skills

Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a leading healthcare organization. This individual will join the Supply Chain team and play a critical role in ensuring clinical staff have timely access to the medical supplies and equipment necessary to provide exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience with inventory replenishment, stock management, and warehouse operations. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, supporting the movement and tracking of critical medical products while contributing to an efficient and reliable supply chain. This is an excellent contract-to-hire opportunity for candidates looking to grow their experience within healthcare operations and supply chain management.
Day-to-Day:
Receive and manage incoming clinical supply orders Replenish inventory to maintain required stock levels Monitor and track inventory movement within the warehouse Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation Ensure clinicians have the supplies needed to support patient care Manage and organize medical products such as catheters, stents, balloons, and diagnostic procedure tools Collaborate with supply chain teams to support operational efficiency Assist with inventory audits and stock reconciliation activities
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
