U.S. JOB SUMMARY

Warehouse associates are responsible for processing incoming shipments of store merchandise, supplies and our signature Maid of the Mist ponchos, filling and delivering daily transfer orders to Maid of the Mist departments, and cleaning and maintaining warehouse buildings and property.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivery receiving and distribution

• Unloading trucks o By hand o With forklift - with certification o With mechanical stacker - with training o Loading & Delivery
• Shipment processing: o Inspecting o Ticketing & Folding o Stacking & Storing o Picking & Packing o Climbing (ladders)

Recycling Ponchos:

o Lifting & baling used ponchos o Operating baler/compressor

• Facility and property maintenance o Routine building and grounds cleanup o Operating electric sweeper o Assist as requested as business needs dictate o Other duties or tasks may be assigned based on organizational needs

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for the role applicants MUST meet the following criteria.

• Able to lift 40+ lbs. continuously throughout the day
• Climb ladders
• Detail oriented
• Able to maintain stationary positions throughout the shift

ERGONOMIC REQUIREMENTS

Sitting, standing, stooping, bending, light lifting, carrying. All the ergonomic requirements must be performed without significant risk of injury to oneself or others or otherwise demonstrate or explain how one can perform essential functions listed above.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Must be able to clearly read, speak, and understand English. Ability to understand and execute complex oral and written instructions while working independently. Must be authorized to work in the US. Background check may be required.

$17.30 - $18.30 per hour
