About the RoleThe Warehouse Associate will be responsible for accurate receiving, storing, picking and shipping of product to meet company standards of accuracy, attention to details, sanitation, safety, security and productivity. What You'll DoPerform general warehouse duties including receiving, counting, and verifying incoming products against packing slips and the Warehouse Management System (WMS).Inspect inbound shipments for damage, quantity discrepancies, correct part numbers, and expiration dates.
Report all shortages, damages, and misshipments using appropriate documentation and sign for deliveries when required.
Safely unload inbound shipments and place products into proper storage locations, including pallet, static, cantilever, yard, and wire rack areas.
Accurately pick orders in WMS, transport items to shipping or delivery areas, and bag, tag, or label as necessary.
Verify that outbound orders match required quantities, labeling, and address information, and obtain signatures when applicable.
Load products into trailers, trucks, vans, or containers efficiently and safely.
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment and ensure equipment is neat, clean, and properly maintained.
Operate warehouse equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
Support inventory control through cycle counts, stock rotation, and aisle assessments.
Perform additional tasks as needed, such as repacking, reboxing, shrinkwrapping, pallet repair, trash removal, supply replenishment, and snow removal.
What You'll BringGeneral warehouse experience and ability to perform core warehouse responsibilities.
Ability to safely lift materials and perform handson physical tasks.
Basic computer skills and comfort using warehouse systems.
Ability to read, count accurately, perform simple math, and write clearly.
Strong attention to safety and ability to follow detailed instructions.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Flexibility to support a wide range of warehouse activities as needed.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of warehouse experience is preferred.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
Forklift certification preferred.
