What you'll do Pick, pack and ship orders for our online customers and retail store partners Print shipping labels and prepare business-to-business (B2B) shipments Pack orders for HABA and Bella Luna Toys (our sister brand of natural, play-based toys) following our quality standards Use handheld scanners and shipping software (we'll teach you) Keep supplies and inventory organized so the team moves fast What you need Ability to stand and walk for a full shift and regularly lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation Reliable transportation to our Skaneateles, NY warehouse Availability for full-time weekday shifts between 7am - 5pm, plus some Saturdays during peak season A good attitude and attention to detail Nice to have (not required) Picking, packing, shipping and receiving, or general warehouse experience Experience with ShipHawk, ShipStation, UPS WorldShip or another WMS Forklift or pallet jack experience / certification About
