Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Packer/Warehouse Operations Specialist, where your attention to detail and organizational skills will play a crucial role in our order fulfillment and inventory management processes. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely packing of products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting efficient warehouse operations to meet customer expectations. Responsibilities Manage your packing station efficiently by preparing packing equipment and supplies to ensure smooth workflow during live streams or order processing periods. Carefully pack items to ensure they are protected during transit and reach customers in perfect condition. Verify that each order is accurately fulfilled by cross-checking items against packing lists or order details. Maintain organized inventory records, tracking incoming and outgoing stock to support inventory accuracy. Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies. Follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing and shipping targets while maintaining high quality standards. Experience Prior experience in warehouse operations, packing, or inventory management is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Basic familiarity with inventory management systems or related software is a plus. Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
