Job Description

Position Overview CD Hardware is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Shipping Receiving Expert to assist our daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics tracking. This role ensures that incoming materials are received safely, inspected accurately, and outgoing shipments are packaged and dispatched on schedule.
Key Responsibilities Inbound & Outbound Logistics:
Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips. Securely pack, label, and prepare outgoing products for transport according to carrier guidelines (UPS, FedEx, DHL, Freight/LTL).
Inventory Preservation:
Inspect incoming packages for transit damage. Responsibly repackage and relabel damaged boxes to ensure the product remains safe, secure, and properly tracked within the system.
Warehouse Upkeep & Cleanliness:
Actively maintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe warehouse and loading dock environment.
Waste & Material Management:
Breakdown and organize cardboard boxes, manage trash disposal, and clear aisles of debris daily to prevent safety hazards and optimize workspace efficiency.
Safety & Compliance:
Safely operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
Operational Adaptability:
Perform other operational, logistical, or warehouse-related duties as assigned by management to support evolving business needs. Qualifications & Physical Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years of dedicated experience in a shipping, receiving, or fulfillment warehouse role. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout a shift. Certified Forklift Operator is a plus, otherwise willingness to complete company-sponsored certification.
Pay:
$33,500.00 - $35,500.00 per year
