Warehouse Associate 1

The Warehouse Associate I is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This is an entry-level role focused on accuracy, organization, and teamwork to ensure efficient order fulfillment and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment Prepare shipments, including labeling and documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory tracking Operate basic warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.) Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred 0-2 years of warehouse or related experience (training provided) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic math and computer skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills (Not Required): Experience with inventory systems or scanners Familiarity with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) Forklift certification (or willingness to be trained)

Work Environment:

Warehouse setting with moderate noise levels May involve varying temperatures depending on season Fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Schedule:

Full-time / On Site May require occasional overtime during peak periods

Pay:

$19.50 per hour
