We support fuel stations, commercial fueling facilities, fleet operations, and essential infrastructure that businesses depend on every day. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork. This is more than a typical warehouse position—you'll play an important role in inventory management, shipping and receiving, logistics coordination, fleet support, and warehouse operations. Participate in physical inventories, cycle counts, and inventory audits. Update inventory records to ensure accurate stock levels and locations. Investigate inventory variances and assist with inventory adjustments and corrections. Notify management of inventory shortages, damaged inventory, or discrepancies. Receiving & Storage Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage. Verify item numbers, descriptions, quantities, and substitutions against purchase orders. Process purchase order receiving and accurately update received and backordered quantities. Label inventory with receiving dates and identification information. Identify and properly process items with core value to support return and recovery programs. Store inventory in designated locations using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices when applicable. Order Fulfillment & Shipping Accurately pick, pack, ship, stage, and dispatch job and sales ticket orders. Manage complete and incomplete orders while maintaining clear communication regarding order status. Monitor incomplete orders and coordinate follow-up actions to ensure timely fulfillment. Prepare shipments and shipping documentation as needed. Transfer inventory to technician shelves and service vehicles as required. Monitor packaging supply levels and notify management when replenishment is needed. Provide shipping and receiving coverage when necessary to support operational needs. Technician Truck Stocking Fulfill technician stock requests accurately and efficiently. Stage inventory in designated pickup areas. Transfer inventory from the main warehouse to technician trucks. Assist with maintaining stock levels and organization of technician vehicles. Equipment Operation & Material Handling Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, Vac Skid equipment, hand trucks, and company vehicles. Assist with preparing, cleaning, stocking, and moving field-service equipment and trailers. Tow equipment and trailers with a forklift when required. Conduct routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report maintenance or repair needs. Assist with loading and unloading deliveries while ensuring proper handling of materials. Properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including gloves, respiratory protection, and other safety equipment when handling materials or performing assigned tasks. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Fuel Sample Processing Process fuel samples accurately and efficiently. Generate shipping labels using Tribologik. Package and ship fuel samples for laboratory testing. Maintain accurate fuel sample tracking records and documentation. Coordinate fuel sample activities and communicate status updates as needed. Fleet, Equipment & Delivery Support Coordinate the use of trucks and equipment for deliveries, service work, and warehouse operations. Prepare trucks, trailers, and equipment for deliveries, projects, and field assignments. Track vehicle and equipment usage through company calendars and internal systems. Assist with local deliveries and pickups using company vehicles. Support routine fleet maintenance activities. Assist with monitoring consumables, replenishment needs, and equipment readiness. Facility Maintenance & Security Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse, office, yard, and facility environment. Complete daily housekeeping tasks, including trash removal and equipment storage. Support general building cleanliness and organization. Replace building air filters on a quarterly basis. Store warehouse equipment safely at the end of each day. Secure gates, doors, lights, equipment, and facility access points before leaving. Communicate pending issues or incomplete tasks requiring follow-up. Communication & Team Support Monitor and respond to emails, Google Chat messages, and Helpdesk tickets. Answer incoming calls and provide professional assistance to customers, vendors, and team members. Communicate inventory, shipping, and order status clearly and promptly. Collaborate with Purchasing, Field Services, Sales, and other departments to support operations. Support coworkers and contribute to a positive team environment. Continuous Improvement & Training Assist with projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives that enhance warehouse efficiency, organization, safety, and accuracy. Support warehouse layout improvements and organizational initiatives. Assist in onboarding and training new warehouse personnel as assigned. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support business operations. Seasonal Responsibilities Assist with snow removal and salting to maintain safe access to the facility. Perform basic landscaping, weed trimming, and exterior property maintenance as needed. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail — inventory accuracy is non-negotiable Solid computer skills — comfortable navigating multiple software systems and learning new tools quickly Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Chat, Google Sheets) and comfortable with inventory and field service platforms such as FieldAware, and Tribologik Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one Valid driver's license Reliable, safety-minded, and collaborative team player Able to handle physical tasks including lifting, loading, and outdoor seasonal work Strong communication skills — verbal and written Takes constructive feedback with openness and uses it to grow Strong work ethic — shows up prepared, follows through, and takes ownership Positive mindset — approaches challenges with a can-do attitude and good energy Willing to continuously learn, improve, and take on new responsibilities Our Values Take CARE of each other — we're a team first
