Job Description

Now hiring General Laborers for a company in Alliance for 1 st shift. Weekly pay ranging between $16 - $18 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Duties:

Operate heavy equipment including excavators, wheel loaders, scrap shears, balers, and shredders. Sort and separate ferrous and non-ferrous metals and other recyclable materials. Load and unload trucks, containers, and processing equipment. Break down oversized scrap materials into manageable pieces for processing. Feed materials into shredders, balers, and shear systems safely and efficiently. Maintain steady material flow to prevent production delays. Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance. Identify and report mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately.

Requirements:
