1st, 2nd shift Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Material Handler with experience operating a forklift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient movement, storage, and handling of materials throughout our facility. Forklift certification is preferred, particularly certification recognized in the state of Ohio. Key Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment Labelling and cleaning products, assist with packaging activities. Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials and products Perform material counts and assist with inventory control Inspect materials and report damages or discrepancies Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse/work areas Follow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and company policies Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience as a Material Handler or Warehouse Associate preferred Forklift operating experience required Valid forklift certification preferred (Ohio-recognized strongly preferred) Ability to lift up to [e.g., 50 lbs] and stand/walk for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Basic math and reading skills Preferred Skills Experience with pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes Prior experience in manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environments Experience on multiple styles and sizes of forklift Benefits (if applicable) Competitive salary based on experience.
