Full-Time, Hourly Pay Range $17.00- $21.
Shift Schedule Day Shift:
7:00 AM- 3:00
PM Afternoon Shift:
3:00 PM- 11:00
PM Night Shift:
11:00 PM- 7:00 AM All shifts include a paid 30-minute lunch.
Entry Level Rotomolding Operator Typical Starting Pay:
$17.00- $18.00 per hour
- Learn safe operation of rotational molding equipment.
- Measure and stage materials.
- Load and unload molds.
- Inspect products for defects.
- Perform housekeeping and cleaning.
- Support mold changes and production goals.
Experienced Rotomolding Operator Typical Pay Range:
$19.00- $20.00 per hour
- Independently operate rotational molding equipment.
- Monitor cycle times and machine performance.
- Troubleshoot process issues.
- Perform mold changes and setups.
- Train and mentor newer operators.
- Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead Rotomolding Operator Typical Pay Range:
$20.00- $21.00 per hour
- Coordinate workflow and operator assignments.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Monitor production output and quality.
- Reduce downtime and resolve issues.
- Promote safety and compliance.
- Serve as the lead resource on shift. Core Responsibilities
- Operate rotational molding equipment
- Perform quality inspections
- Assist with maintenance and housekeeping
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Follow all safety procedures Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Manufacturing experience preferred for experienced candidates
- Leadership experience preferred for lead candidates
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Benefits
