Benefits 401(k) with company match Profit sharing program Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off (PTO) with an escalating plan Stable full-time schedule (Monday-Friday) Production Associate Responsibilities Assemble and package products for shipment Operate production equipment and assist on manufacturing lines Perform quality checks on finished products Pull, pack, and prepare orders for shipping Receive, scan, and stock incoming materials Organize warehouse inventory for efficient access Move materials and finished goods to designated areas Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks Operate forklifts or warehouse equipment (training provided) Qualifications Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and time management Good communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable transportation to Avon Lake, OH Ability to stand for long periods of time Work Environment This position is in a warehouse and manufacturing setting supporting production, shipping, and inventory operations.
