2nd Shift - Starting at 3:30 pm (regular weekly overtime) Join Our Team! We are a growing metal stamping manufacturer looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team. We currently have openings for Press Operators, Machine Operators, and Material Handlers . Manufacturing experience is helpful. We are willing to train motivated candidates who have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to learn. What You'll Do Depending on the position, responsibilities may include: Press Operators Operate metal stamping presses safely and efficiently Load and unload materials and parts Perform quality inspections of stamped components Follow production schedules and work instructions Maintain a clean and organized work area Machine Operators Set up and operate manufacturing equipment Monitor machine performance and product quality Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance Record production information accurately Follow all safety procedures and company policies Material Handlers Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility Load and unload trucks as needed Supply materials to production areas Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (training available) What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to learn and be trained Good attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Commitment to workplace safety Team-oriented attitude Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing or industrial experience Forklift experience (for Material Handler positions) Experience operating production equipment Basic mechanical aptitude No experience?
