As a General Laborer (Floater), you will play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing operations. In this versatile position, you will be responsible for performing a variety of general labor tasks across different areas of our facility, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our production processes.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with material handling, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and organize inventory
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Provide support to production teams as needed, lending a helping hand to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Adapt to changing priorities and work assignments, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute wherever needed
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a general warehouse or production environment
- Ability to work efficiently during the 1st shift
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills
