In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling, moving, and managing materials to ensure smooth flow throughout the warehouse. Your proactive approach will help maintain safety standards, optimize inventory accuracy, and support shipping and receiving processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in heavy equipment operation and warehouse distribution while contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Safely load and unload materials using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and cranes. Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately using RF scanners and manual handling techniques. Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, clamp trucks, and crane systems following all safety protocols. Manage inventory by organizing stock in designated areas, conducting regular counts, and updating records. Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments against documentation and ensuring proper storage. Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to OSHA safety standards for heavy lifting and manual handling. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment to promote safety and operational efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse distribution or warehouse operations with familiarity in order picking and inventory management. Valid certification for forklift operation, crane operation, or other heavy equipment is preferred. Ability to operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, load & unload machinery safely. Strong manual handling skills with knowledge of OSHA safety protocols for heavy lifting and materials handling. Basic math skills for inventory counts and order calculations. Prior experience in shipping & receiving processes is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
