Job Description
Position Overview Elite Industrial Controls is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Saw Operator / Material Handler to support our production team. This role is critical in preparing materials, operating cutting equipment, and ensuring smooth material flow throughout the shop. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values safety, and thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Operate saws and other cutting equipment to cut raw materials to specified dimensions Handle, move, and stage materials for production and assembly Read and interpret work orders, cut lists, and basic drawings Maintain accurate counts and organization of materials Load and unload materials safely using a forklift Operate (or be trained to operate) overhead crane systems safely and efficiently Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Support general shop tasks as needed Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing or shop environment preferred Forklift experience required Experience operating saws or cutting equipment is a plus Must be willing and able to be trained on overhead crane operation Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements accurately Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented How to Apply Call at 567-234-1057 or email your resume or hr@eliteindustrialcontrols.com.
