Inventory Team Member - Afternoon

In this role, you'll be responsible for fulfilling accurate client orders by pulling rental equipment/items from storage, performing quality checks, and preparing orders for shipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Organize and pack equipment/items according to company standards and prepare orders for shipment. Perform quality control and inspection checks to ensure items meet company standards. Accurately count and verify inventory items, including dishware, glassware, linens, furniture, and event equipment. Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy. Report inventory discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors. Maintain inventory storage areas for cleanliness and accessibility. Use moving equipment such as carts, dollies, and pallet jacks to transport products. Collaborate with other warehouse teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Work Conditions:

Work is performed in a well-lit, clean warehouse setting, in which some areas may not be heated or air-conditioned. Safety is a priority—proper safety equipment and training are provided. Physical demands include bending, lifting, and repetitive movements. Frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs; occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques. $19.50•$21.50 per hour based on experience

Shift:

Monday•Friday from 10:30am•7:00pm

Seasonal Position:

Our busiest months run from April through October. However, there is potential for long-term employment based on factors such as attendance, performance, and business needs

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years old. Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal) is required. Basic math skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Physically capable of standing, lifting, and performing repetitive movements in a warehouse environment. Must complete a 5-minute Behavioral Assessment through the Predictive Index. Must pass a company background check and limited drug screen (excludes marijuana).
