Warehouse / Operations Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to join a busy warehouse operation in the Cleveland, OH area. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, pulling, preparing, and shipping products while maintaining accurate inventory and a clean, organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, be comfortable operating a forklift, and understand shipping, receiving, and inventory procedures. Key Responsibilities Pull and prepare customer orders for LTL, UPS, will-call, courier, and local deliveries . Properly label, stage, and organize shipments for carrier pickup. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, including quantities, sizes, products, and delivery information. Receive and properly store incoming inventory. Maintain accurate stock locations and update location changes as necessary. Perform inventory and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Rotate inventory based on date codes when required. Pull warehouse and indirect orders accurately and efficiently. Stage inventory to improve accessibility and order-pulling efficiency. Operate forklifts safely and follow all established safety procedures. Complete and maintain forklift preventive-maintenance and inspection documentation. Document same-day deliveries, shipping discrepancies, and warehouse errors. Maintain security of products, inventory, equipment, and warehouse facilities. Keep warehouse, non-stock areas, and surrounding workspaces clean and organized. Report operational irregularities, inventory issues, or safety concerns to management. Recommend opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and organization. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational standards. Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, distribution, or material-handling experience preferred. Forklift experience strongly preferred. Experience preparing LTL and UPS shipments is a plus. Ability to accurately pull, stage, count, and verify inventory. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a warehouse team. Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with warehouse/material-handling work. IND2
