Grove Engineered Products is one of the world's largest manufacturers of agricultural hubs and spindles. We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer. In this role, you will be an important part of our manufacturing process, supporting daily operations through hands-on work. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while learning new skills and technical expertise.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with the assembly, packaging and movement of materials Operate basic tools and machinery following safety protocols Perform heavy lifting tasks safely, including moving raw materials and finished goods Forklift operation Maintain a clean, organized and hazard free work area

Qualifications:

Basic mechanical knowledge or experience working with tools and machinery preferred (not required) Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred (not required) Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments Ability to perform heavy lifting safely Willingness to follow detailed instructions Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills This job offers potential for advancement in the future, competitive wages, and free health, dental and vision insurance.
