Staff Management | SMX is actively hiring Warehouse Manufacturing Associates in Crestline, OH. Associates are paid every week and are eligible for benefits, paid holidays, and vacations! Drug screening excludes marijuana. 1st
Shift:
6:30 am-2:30 pm ($17.54/hr) 2nd
Shift:
2:30 pm-10:30 pm ($17.82/hr) 3rd
Shift:
10:30 pm-6:30 am ($18.08/hr) Weekly Attendance Bonus available, per eligibility requirements. Ask your recruiter for more information.

Duties:
Production Associates are directly responsible for producing automotive glass products at our client's factory. This role involves applying all necessary components to automotive glass, ensuring it is ready for customer installation. Our products include windshields, door glass, sunroofs, and other types of automotive glass.
Key Responsibilities:
Production:
Efficiently apply components to various types of automotive glass.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process by properly and safely handling automotive glass.
Customer-Focused Distribution:
Ensure all glass products meet customer requirements and are ready for installation.
Lifting and Handling:
Safely lift and handle automotive glass components as needed.
Quality Checking:
Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
Productivity:
Meet or exceed production rate targets while maintaining quality. .
Requirements:
Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old, Able to Lift 40 pounds, required education: No Education Requirement The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.54 - $18.08 per hour.
