Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a team setting. This role involves lifting 20-40 lbs by yourself, and up to 150 lbs in tandem with a team member. It also involves various tasks , ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. Hours

• First shift
• 6:30am to 3pm Second shift
• 4pm to 12am Third shift
• 12am to 8am Some weekend overtime may be required. Pay rate
• $14.

50 to $15 per hour Responsibilities Operate machinery and equipment within a manufacturing facility, including assembly lines. Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Lifting 20-40 lbs by yourself on a regular basis. Lifting up to 150 lbs in tandem with team members when needed. Fabricate and assemble components according to specifications and quality standards. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Qualifications Familiarity with assembly line processes is advantageous. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting.
