Job Description
As a Pharmacy Warehouse Selector at Giant Eagle, you'll accurately pick, pack, and stage pharmacy products to support our in-store pharmacies. Working in our Warehouse & Manufacturing team, you'll use RF scanners and material-handling equipment to fill orders, verify lot numbers and expiration dates, and follow strict safety and pharmacy handling standards. You'll help maintain inventory, keep aisles organized, and work closely with teammates to meet productivity and quality goals, supporting Giant Eagle's commitment to exceptional service and community care. Responsibilities Accurately select, pack, and stage pharmacy orders based on pick tickets or RF scans Verify product, quantity, lot number, and expiration dates to ensure order accuracy and compliance Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment safely Follow all pharmacy, safety, and quality control procedures, including proper product handling Maintain clean, organized aisles and storage areas within the warehouse Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and replenishment of picking locations Meet established productivity, accuracy, and safety goals Communicate with supervisors and teammates to resolve order or inventory issues Report damaged or expired products and follow proper disposal procedures Support a team-oriented, people-first culture aligned with Giant Eagle values Required Skills Order picking and packing RF scanner operation Basic inventory control Material handling equipment operation (pallet jack, walkie rider) Attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures Basic understanding of pharmacy product handling requirements Time management and productivity tracking Data entry for inventory and order status Communication and teamwork in a warehouse environment
