  • $14•$17 We off all Production/Warehouse Workers Weekly Pay — Get paid every Friday for all hours worked.
Temp‑to‑Hire Opportunities — Most positions convert to full‑time after meeting hour requirements. Multiple Shifts Available — Day, afternoon, and night shifts depending on client needs.   • 1st and 2nd shift Material Handler
  • Main Duties Load, unload, move, and stage raw materials, finished goods, and packaging throughout the facility Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material‑handling equipment safely Supply production lines with required materials to maintain workflow Label, scan, and track inventory accurately Organize materials and finished products in designated storage areas Perform basic inspections of materials for damage or defects Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures QC Inspector•Main Duties Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications Perform visual and dimensional inspections using basic measuring tools Identify, document, and report defects or non‑conforming products Conduct in‑process and final inspections during production runs Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and customer requirements Complete inspection records and quality documentation accurately Communicate quality issues to supervisors and production teams Support continuous improvement and corrective actions Supervisor•Main Duties Oversee daily operations and production activities on assigned shift Supervise, train, and motivate production, QC, and material‑handling staff Ensure production goals, quality standards, and deadlines are met Enforce safety policies and promote a safe work environment Monitor staffing, attendance, and workflow efficiency Address performance issues and provide coaching as needed Coordinate with management, maintenance, and quality teams Maintain accurate production and shift reports Powder Coat Tech•Manin Duties Clean, sand, and prep metal parts to ensure proper adhesion before coating.
Set up spray guns, booths, ovens, and conveyors according to job specifications. Apply powder coating evenly to parts using manual or automated spray systems while maintaining correct thickness and coverage. Inspect coated parts for defects such as runs, thin spots, contamination, or improper cure. Load parts into curing ovens, monitor temperature settings, and verify proper cure times. Hang, rack, and un-rack parts safely; move materials through the coating line. Perform efficient color changes, clean equipment, and prevent cross‑contamination. Document batch numbers, color codes, production counts, and quality checks. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on spray guns, booths, filters, and ovens. Thermoforming Duties Set up, operate, and monitor thermoforming machines Inspect plastic sheets and finished parts for quality and consistency Adjust machine settings to maintain proper temperatures, speeds, and forming pressures Trim, stack, and package finished products Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting Maintain accurate production records and follow safety guidelines Powder Coat & Fabrication Duties Prepare parts for coating (cleaning, sanding, masking, grinding) Operate powder coating equipment and ovens Inspect coated parts for coverage, thickness, and finish quality Assist with fabrication tasks such as cutting, drilling, grinding, or assembly Read basic measurements and follow work instructions Maintain equipment and ensure safe operation
