Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•4:30

PM Pay:

$22.00•$25.00/hour (based on experience) Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Material Handler to join our warehouse and production team in Hilliard, OH. This role is essential in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring materials are accurately received, tracked, and delivered to support production schedules. The ideal candidate will bring strong warehouse experience, leadership ability, and a focus on accuracy and efficiency. You will act as a key point of contact for inventory control, helping maintain system accuracy while working closely with production, purchasing, planning, and finance teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily material handling operations including picking, staging, and work order fulfillment Ensure accurate and timely movement of materials to support production needs Maintain alignment between physical inventory and ERP system records (NetSuite) Complete and oversee cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy Process and verify inventory transactions, documentation, and bin transfers Coordinate daily warehouse priorities to meet operational demands Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and material flow issues Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams regarding material status Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required 5+ years of warehouse or material handling experience, including leadership or senior-level responsibilities Strong understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs), work orders, and assembly processes Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), shipping software, and general computer applications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced production environment What Success Looks Like Accurate and reliable inventory and material transactions Timely support of production through efficient material flow Strong collaboration across departments to prevent and resolve issues Continuous improvement of warehouse processes and efficiency Core Competencies Accountability and ownership Process improvement mindset Strong planning and prioritization skills Problem-solving in complex situations Professional communication and teamwork Why Join Us This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role where your expertise in warehouse operations and inventory control will directly impact efficiency, production success, and overall business performance.
