Overview:

The General Laborer is responsible for ensuring the Food Safety Program is followed, quality of the product, production efficiency, safety, line startup & shutdown, prepping, cleaning, maintaining the workplace, and promoting a team environment while meeting the daily goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The General Laborer is responsible for prepping raw materials, inspecting product, packing product, palletizing, sanitation and other tasks as assigned. Select team members will be cross trained between all of the processing and packaging areas. This position is an entry level production role.
