! $22.74 per hour starting pay

Position Overview Join a team that values hard work, safety, and growth. As a General Laborer, you'll perform a variety of tasks that support both direct and indirect production operations in our UNION facility. After 75 days of employment, you'll be an union member and eligible to bid on open positions within the plant. Responsibilities Train in multiple roles including stacking and feeding corrugated products

Support machine operators by keeping orders running and covering absences

Perform general production duties such as:

Accurately report time, feedback, and quality checks

Notify supervisors of any irregularities, maintenance needs, or quality issues

Complete required data collection and charting related to quality processes

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively

Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure

Ability to interpret shop orders correctly

Must be at least 18 years old

High school diploma or GED required

Must pass a background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical

Able to lift 20 lbs. repetitively and up to 50 lbs. occasionally

Able to stand for 8-12 hours per shift

Able to work all 3 shifts

  • 1st•6AM-2PM; 2nd•2PM-10PM; 3rd•10PM-6AM.

Please note you are assigned only one shift schedule for the week

  • you do not rotate to other shifts during the same week but could be scheduled on other shifts with notice prior to the start of the next week.

High School (required)

Experience

2 years: Warehousing (preferred)

2 years: Manufacturing (preferred)
