Experience Requirements 1+ year of warehouse experience Basic computer skills and ability to work within a Microsoft-based system Good mechanical aptitude Forklift experience preferred but not required Job Duties Receive, unload, and stock incoming freight Pick, pack, wrap, and prepare orders for UPS and LTL shipments Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Assist walk-in customers and take orders in person or over the phone Process customer and vendor returns Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse Pick up materials from local vendors as needed Learn industry-specific warehouse tasks, including cutting wire and material handling Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate. Work in warehouse and outdoor environments, including hot and cold temperatures Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
