Duties Safely operate warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and cranes to load, unload, and move inventory efficiently. Perform inventory control tasks using inventory management software and RF scanners to track stock levels accurately. Assist with stocking shelves, order picking & packing, shipping & receiving processes to fulfill customer orders promptly. Manage materials handling activities while adhering to safety regulations and OSHA standards, including manual handling and heavy lifting. Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper securing of loads and compliance with safety protocols during transportation. Conduct routine inspections of warehouse equipment and materials handling tools to maintain operational safety. Deliver goods locally with a focus on timeliness, customer satisfaction, and adherence to traffic laws and safety regulations. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers; warehouse supervisor experience is a plus. Valid certification for forklift operation; experience with reach trucks, cherry pickers, crane operation, and material handling equipment is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems such as AS400 or similar warehouse management systems (WMS). Ability to operate heavy equipment safely while following OSHA safety standards and safety protocol adherence. Basic math skills for inventory counting, order fulfillment calculations, and documentation accuracy. Excellent physical condition with the ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks regularly. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for local delivery routes; familiarity with logistics best practices is preferred. Technical proficiency in operating RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other warehouse technology tools.
