This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial. Experience Requirements and Job Duties Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation. Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required. Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments. Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance. Pulling orders by hand in a warehouse Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Puller Associate. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 60 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory. Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
