Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Palletizer to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently stacking, organizing, and preparing products on pallets for shipment, ensuring that all materials are handled safely and accurately. Duties Operate palletizing equipment and manual handling tools such as pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and forklifts to load and unload materials Stack products onto pallets following safety guidelines and company standards for stability and efficiency Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory movement and update warehouse management systems Assist with order picking by selecting items according to shipping orders using manual handling techniques and inventory management tools Load finished pallets onto trucks for shipping or unload incoming shipments safely using heavy equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency in warehouse operations Follow OSHA safety protocols diligently during all material handling activities Requirements Prior experience in warehouse distribution or related roles such as order picker or forklift operator preferred Ability to operate heavy equipment including forklifts, clamp trucks, crane, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping & receiving procedures Manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy loads safely and consistently Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Familiarity with safety regulations such as OSHA standards for warehouse environments Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy during order picking and load/unload processes Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Join us as a Palletizer and become an essential part of our logistics team!
