Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a ! Responsibilities Conduct inventory management tasks using warehouse management systems and inventory software to track stock levels accurately. Perform picking & packing duties for order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy with RF scanners and order picker tools. Manage shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipments, preparing packages, and maintaining proper documentation in compliance with safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Maintain proper manual handling techniques during heavy lifting and materials handling activities to prevent injuries. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and PPE use while operating heavy equipment or handling hazardous materials. Support warehouse operations by stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and conducting regular stock audits using AS400 or similar systems. Experience Prior warehouse experience with a focus on warehouse distribution or logistics is highly preferred. Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, or order pickers is essential. Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control using warehouse management systems or inventory management software. Experience in warehouse supervision or team leadership roles is a plus. Knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA standards and proper PPE use during manual handling or heavy equipment operation. Strong basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and data entry tasks. Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures, packaging standards, and order fulfillment processes enhances your effectiveness in this role.
