Duties include cleaning, inspecting, equipment maintenance, mechanical repairs, welding, and non-CDL driving. Employees will progress through structured levels with increasing autonomy, technical complexity, and leadership responsibility. Job Type & Schedule Full-time, hourly- Core hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with overtime, weekend, and emergency call-ins as needed
- Work performed in both shop and field environments General Labor I $18.00 - $20.00 Key Responsibilities General Labor I Entry-level, focuses on cleaning, inspections, preventive maintenance, and assisting in shop/yard organization Clean and inspect tanks, containers, and rental equipment
- Perform basic preventive maintenance procedures
- Assist with staging, deliveries, and shop/yard organization
- Follow all SOPs and safety policies (confined space, PPE, hazard reporting)
- Document completed work using company tablet/work order system
