The Role From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most—making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable.

Schedule :

Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3-4 day schedule C -

Day Shift:

8:00am - 8:00pm (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + alternating Saturdays) What You'll Do Performs duties in a manner that adheres to safety policies and procedures. Operate a stand-up and sit-down forklift Participate in the training curriculum Transferring of finished rolls of film from an extrusion line Packaging/labeling the rolls per customer specifications Ensuring a clean, safe work environment Scrap removal Stocking production/packaging areas with necessary materials

What You'll Bring Essential Qualifications:

Must be able to operator a stand-up and sit-down forklift, load-trailing experience is preferred. Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools Strong communication skills and positive attitude Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary:

Wages ranging from $17.50/hr. +, dependent upon experience
