2987666529-2 Apply for this job now Job Description As a Supply Chain Flex Warehouse Worker Equipment Operator at Walmart, you'll support a high-volume retail distribution environment by safely receiving, storing, picking, and shipping merchandise for stores and e commerce orders. Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment, you'll load and unload trailers, stage and organize freight, and maintain accurate inventory using RF scanners and warehouse systems. You'll work flexible assignments and shifts based on business needs while upholding strict safety, quality, and productivity standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and stage inbound freight using forklifts and other material handling equipment Pick, pack, and load outbound orders accurately and on time for Walmart stores and e commerce customers Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely, following OSHA and Walmart standards Perform inventory checks, cycle counts, and basic data entry in warehouse management systems Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, following all safety policies and procedures Support flexible scheduling by working varied shifts, departments, and tasks as business needs change Inspect equipment before use and report any defects or safety concerns to supervisors Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity and quality targets Follow standard operating procedures for handling, labeling, and storing merchandise Assist with process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives in the warehouse Required Skills Forklift operation Pallet jack operation Warehouse management systems (WMS) RF scanner use Order picking and packing Shipping and receiving Inventory control Basic data entry Safety and OSHA compliance Material handling
