Middlefield, OH 44062 Job Overview Troymill Wood Products is looking for a dependable employee to work on our Viking automated pallet-making machine. This position is responsible for placing lumber and pallet components into the machine so pallets can be produced safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on production job in a fast-paced pallet shop. Responsibilities Load lumber and pallet components into the Viking machine Keep the machine supplied with the correct material Handle, sort, and stack lumber as needed Check material for obvious defects or incorrect sizes Keep production moving at a steady pace Follow all safety procedures Keep the work area clean and organized Assist with other pallet shop duties as needed Qualifications Dependable attendance and punctuality Able to safely lift and handle lumber throughout the shift Comfortable working around production machinery Able to work at a steady pace Good attention to safety and quality Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Previous pallet shop, lumber, warehouse, manufacturing, or machine-feeding experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
