Job Responsibilities:

Sort parcels by zip code; train and supervise temporary laborers to follow sorting workflows and operational standards to maintain sorting efficiency. Provide daily operational support for DSPs, communicate and coordinate delivery issues, monitor parcel delivery status and fulfillment quality, and fully resolve exceptions including damaged, lost, and delayed shipments. Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, perform routine equipment maintenance, keep the warehouse clean and organized, and strictly comply with OSHA safety standards. Coordinate vehicle dispatch, design optimized delivery routes to improve delivery timeliness and fuel efficiency. Analyze operational performance data, identify opportunities for process optimization, collaborate with internal teams to formulate delivery strategies, and boost overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
