Job Description
APA Solar is looking for safety and quality-conscious individuals for its Ridgeville Corners warehouse to work with inventory, pull orders, load/unload trucks
Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts in a safe and efficient manner; conduct & document forklift inspection prior to use; keep forklifts maintained, fueled and in good working condition Obtains production schedule and/or shipping orders and then identifies, verifies, and transports requested materials accordingly Safely load and unload trailers Complete correspondence to maintain accurate and timely inventory records; verify packing slips and keep detailed information on quantities ordered and picked Help trace history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records Assists in standardizing procedures to improve warehouse efficiencies Maintains safe environment and good housekeeping practices; keeps warehouse clean and organized Ensures customer orders are filled correctly by following all work/pick orders Work safely, quickly, and accurately without constant supervision Basic computer skills- ability to enter data Perform other duties as assigned Assist in helping train new employees within warehouse
Qualifications:
Basic math, language, reading, and computer skills (email, NetSuite experience a plus) Prior forklift experience required Good time management skills and ability to stay on task with little supervision.Initiative and Self-Motivation:

Successful Candidates Will Be Able To:
Lift and carry, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds at a time Stand and walk up to ten (10) hours per day Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, twist/turn, grasp and reach outward frequently Full-time 1st Shift Hours, 7am- 3:30pm, Monday
- Friday Overtime will be available and required as necessary Date of Hire, $18.
