We're offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus with payouts at:$500 after 30 days of employment and $500 after 60 days

Glance:
The individual in this Shipping and Receiving role will support our facility operations by managing inventory, stocking eggs, rotating stock, and loading/unloading trailers. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to ensure smooth operations throughout the facility.
How You'll Create Greater Impact:
In this role, you'll help deliver the highest quality product while upholding our unwavering commitment to animal welfare, food safety, and responsible farming. You'll act boldly, embrace continuous improvement, and partner with teammates and customers to deliver wins. On time punctuality and good attendance Rotate inventory with the older dates in front Fill out pick tickets correctly with the date, time, jack # and initials Fill out daily the incoming materials log for eggs, chemicals or materials Fill out trailer inspection forms completely and correctly for each load Keep coolers swept, clean and organized utilizing downtime Maintain electric jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks, including charging them at the end of each day Comply with all food safety procedures, regulatory requirements and process efficiency Report any food safety issues to any Manager Follow all workplace safety procedures per safety training End of day housekeeping Any and all other duties as assigned What You'll Bring to the

High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse experience preferred Ability to obtain power equipment certification (electric pallet jack, sit-down/stand-up forklift, reach truck) Attention to detail Organizational skills Strong work ethic Good communication skills Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Frequent lifting of 35-50 pounds Extended periods of standing and walking Frequent repetitive reaching motion with both arms Frequent grasping with hands and fingers Frequent bending and stooping Ability to operate electric pallet jack, sit-down and stand-up forklifts, and reach truck Ability to safely place pallets in racking systems up to 39 feet high is a plus. Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
Work Schedule & Hours:
Day Shift:
Monday through Friday Shifts are typically 8 to 12 hours per day , depending on operational needs. Start and end times may vary based on truck arrivals, order fulfillment demands, equipment downtime, production schedules, and other business needs. Flexibility is required, as schedules may be adjusted to support business operations. Overtime may be requested on weekdays beyond the regular shift and on Saturdays , particularly during our startup phase. While overtime is not mandatory , employees are encouraged to support the team when operational needs arise. Tending to our
