Counter Sales & Warehouse Associate

​CBS Factory Direct is a family-owned company with over 70 years of experience in exterior home improvement. We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Counter Sales & Warehouse Associate to support daily sales and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role that combines customer interaction with physical warehouse responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers at the sales counter with product selection and order processing Load and unload windows, doors, siding, and other building materials Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse Pull and stage orders for pickup or installation Provide accurate product information and pricing

Requirements:

Ability to lift and load heavy materials (windows, doors, siding, etc.) Strong work ethic and reliability Good communication and customer service skills Basic math and order entry skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in home remodeling, construction, or building materials Previous counter sales or warehouse experience
