DLX Deals is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. This individual will be responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders by selecting and packaging products from our warehouse inventory, utilizing stand and reach pickers. Our ideal candidate will enjoy solving problems while in a deadline-driven environment.

Warehouse Associate (Shipping & Receiving)

Location:

North Canton, OH Duties/Responsibilities:

Accurately and efficiently pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures and guidelines Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory and products Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations Ensure accuracy of inventory counts by performing regular cycle counts, reporting any discrepancies to management Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines to ensure the highest level of customer service and order accuracy Assist with receiving and restocking inventory as needed Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that daily tasks are completed on time with a high level of accuracy Learning to use our WMS (ShipHero), as this is required for most daily tasks. Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills and Abilities Previous warehouse experience, including forklift and order picker operation, is preferred Forklift training is available Strong attention to detail and accuracy Familiarity with handheld scanners and basic computer skills is a plus Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed Basic understanding of safety protocols and willingness to follow established procedures

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of standing Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds at times
